I'm writing this review after 3 weeks of using in my bedroom studio. Great build quality. Keys are not weighted but velocity sensitive, works perfectly. Modulation and Pitch Bend knobs work smoothly. Transposing option is available. With all this the price tag is a bargain, totally recommended. If you have a USB MIDI device connected to a passive hub or to a powered hub which also has an hard drive or an audio interface connected, that can also cause delays.
