The Customer shall inspect the Goods at its own cost on delivery and within 24 hours notify Honeyrose Products LTD in writing of any defect in Goods or any other matter by reason of which the Customer alleges that the Goods delivered do not comply with this Agreement. Otherwise, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with this Agreement and free from any defect or damage and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If any force majeure occurs in relation to either party which affects or is likely to affect the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement, it shall notify the other party within a reasonable time as to the nature and extent of the circumstances in question and their effect on its ability to perform.
